About:

Alexander/Ryan Marine & Safety LLC (ARMS), a wholly own subsidiary of the Lalizas Group, is a leading supplier & service provider to all industries that demand maritime & offshore safety solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales action plan that to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets as assigned.
  • Generate, qualify and convert leads & opportunities tied to assigned market and developed accounts.
  • Expand the business by gaining market share in the existing accounts by establishing strong relationships with end-users and customer management and successfully promoting all of ARMS capabilities to new accounts.
  • Participate with various functional groups within ARMS to assemble and direct an effective team strategy so that customers’ needs are addressed in a timely manner and sales opportunities created and won.
  • Report and communicate all business opportunities, solution concepts and strategies to ARMS management through use of standard sales tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Management.
  • Min 3 years work experience in selling service related solutions
  • Previous selling experience of LSE, FFE and services to maritime industry is preferred.

Other Requirements

  • Ability to develop high level customer-focused relationships.
  • Domestic travel approx. 25-50%
